1. No support.. Discontinued at Walmart and other stores because so many units returned.You can email developers you will get no response..Each time you charge watch you have to uninstall app on phone and start over or it will NOT pair device up with watch.App. needs to be kept open for blue tooth conectivity , that cause draining of phone battery quickly , doesn't work in background ?????App won't open.

2. BrutalIt's bad because I tried to connect and then update it it says not available to update and o connected it it says 10 seconds later it disconnects.Total JUNK.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iwear2 Issues

1. Fix iwear2 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart iwear2: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the iwear2 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iwear2" » Open iwear2 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iwear2 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear iwear2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iwear2 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iwear2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check iwear2 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iwear2 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall iwear2. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iwear2 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iwear2 not working


2. Fix iwear2 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iwear2 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iwear2 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iwear2 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
