1. I made a series of videos I planned to combine into one massive vlog, and I picked the template "No Filter." So after waiting a long time I watched the video and it cut off at the worst times, messed up the order of the videos...it was just so unbelievably bad.

2. TWICE! A lot of time picking all the pics & trimming videos and placing them exactly where I wanted them and NOTHING! Frustrating for sure.There are a bunch of apps that provide far more, and far better features for free.

My favorite part is the on board music so that I don't have to add files and copy stuff and that takes up so much time together do where I have to only click a few buttons and boom I have music in my videoI make a family slideshow every year and I used it last year and loved it but this time I'm not too happy at all.

4. I contacted customer service, they are looking into it (waiting) I decided to start a new video, from scratch and twice it glitched and errored out and didn't save the finished product.

5. And that $20 per month subscription rate? Pretty steep for something that Google Photos already does for free.

6. The very limited and uninspired effects available to you for free, DOES NOT draw me into paying an exorbitant amount of money for a subpar app.

7. I didn't get to choose how the photos transitioned, or how the audio played out.I used to absolutely LOVE this app years ago and told everyone about it.

1. Fix Magisto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magisto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magisto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magisto" » Open Magisto - Video Editor & Music » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magisto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magisto - Video Editor & Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magisto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magisto - Video Editor & Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magisto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magisto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magisto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magisto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magisto not working

2. Fix Magisto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magisto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magisto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magisto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
