Why should I report an Issue with Magic Paint: Color by number?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Happy coloring to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

And if you spend alot of time doing this you really want to do them quickly so you can move on to the next picture.After coloring several pictures The colors were not on everything, they were just left white, now white was fine if it should have been white, but these things they missed like a baseboard, all the other baseboards were colored When the pictures was done you couldnt see the white places it was only when you zoomed in, I knew they were there, this maybe a glitch I'm not deleting this app yet, you do have some great picturesPersonally, I like this apps selection of pictues.

2. There is often white spots with no colour and it's sometimes difficult to find the last few places to colour because of this.Very low number of pictures, and most are only available for the insanely overpriced premium version.

Oh, and I gave you one star because it was the lowest number available.One gets extremely frustrated multi tapping the same area numerous times because the game does not read that the area is being beaten to the point of near screen cracking so that it can register that the area should be colored already.

4. Once the picture is complete it would be nice if it was taken from the home screen so that we don't have to scroll down past several pictures to find a new one to colour.

5. Lets say I still have white spots with 4 as the coloring number in the picture.

6. But down below the number 4 color is GONE!! I rwally wish I could post screen shots to show the owner of the app & to show everyone.Well pics are nice if you actually get to color them.

7. UninstallingI like this app alot and paint everyday however what I don't like is the white spots with no numbers.

8. The only close second I would recommend is Tap Color, which also has an extensive library and pictures with all level of difficulties.

9. This one had nice pictures but horrific experience trying to color them unfortunately.

10. This and all others are cheap copies.I *want* to like this.. However, too many black/white spaces, lines thick, poor selection of premium and they want money? I could clear the entire selection of free in a day.

11. Would not recommend.I do enjoy this game but have a few problems, we are given a total of three hints and I assume we can't get more from watching videos or completing picture.

1. Fix Magic Paint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Paint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Paint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Paint" » Open Magic Paint: Color by number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Paint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Paint: Color by number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Paint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Paint: Color by number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Paint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Paint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Paint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Paint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Paint not working

2. Fix Magic Paint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Paint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Paint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Paint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
