1. If the first thing in the app that I experience is bad spelling and grammar, then I'm not going to spend my time on pictures that are as low quality as the rest of the app.Page keeps crashing and have to start all over again, the pictures are lovely, but it's annoying when it crashes.Wow!!! So nice app !!! If u love to colouring u should download this app in 5 mins i complete the toughest drawing... And it is for all the ages.

2. If that can be fixed then it would be a great app.When i first downloaded this app i loved it .... BUT the longer i had it it wld crash in the middle of a page and when i start the app back up what i had done was gone .... so today i open the app and every single page i had done was gone .... so on that note i will be deleting this app and finding another 1 .

3. Fix the problems and I'm sure people will love it.Love the colors! But what I don't like is that when I need to stop in the middle of coloring the app doesn't save my progress on the picture I'm working on.

4. Just fed up all around.After downloading and checking out some of the pictures, I'm only going to rate it four stars.

6. If this can be fixed, I would consider bumping up my rating.Eh. Game freezes up after every 4 pics or so.

1. Fix Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color" » Open Color by Number - Oil Painting » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color by Number - Oil Painting app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color by Number - Oil Painting" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color not working

2. Fix Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
