Why should I report an Issue with Magic Color by Number: Paint?

1. I have to zoom in and tap multiple times for certain areas.Fun game if you like to color pictures on your phone but you have to select the same spot a few times and even zoom in and tap t a few times even on a larger spot that still needs to be painted and then sometimes you need to wait a second for it to catch up even if your not coloring to fast.

2. (Wouldn't mind the ability to redo completed pictures too, but that's just a small suggestion.)Update: the dev team immediately replied to my previous review (which I can't seem to edit for some reason) and asked me to email them about the glitch I was having.

4. It's really easy 11/8/21...I like to randomly color my picture starting with the bigger numbers that you can easily see before having to enlarge puzzle to see tiny numbers.

5. When I select any type of picture to color, and actually begin to color it, the shaded number will disappear as if I have colored it correctly, but there isn't any color at all showing up on the area? I tried to uninstall and reinstall this app several times to fix it and still no luck.

6. Since the new update, no colors show when I click on them & in order to see what the pictures look like, I have to go back to the gallery, close the picture & reopen it.

7. Hopefully they can fix that cause I do love some of the pictures.Updated version 1.10.3 isn't great at all!!! I've been playing this game for about a year now & loved it until the latest update.

8. Now I'm having a new problem, the "restore" button in the menu does not work (nothing happens when I tap it) so I'm unable to restore my previous progress.

9. This coloring app takes you in numerical order, which is frustrating to me...another reason that it's too easy.

11. 2 the most annoying thing doesn't matter if you are fully zoomed in or not but you need to press a space three or four times before it registers the click.

1. Fix Magic Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Color" » Open Magic Color by Number: Paint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Color by Number: Paint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Color by Number: Paint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Color not working

2. Fix Magic Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
