Why should I report an Issue with Stickman: draw animation maker?

1. In fact, I couldn't even see them!First time attempting to use the app and I got hit with 6 ads and I didn't even get to the actual drawing and animation part, which is what I was going directly to.

2. It's good... (To trick my friend when she wants me to make an animal one) but every button I click, there is an ad.

4. To the developer/s: You may want to "eat" as you say while advertising the premium version twice before I even got to try the app, but it makes no difference what you want if your product sucks.It's a very fun game where you can let you imagination run wild, but there are 3 downsides.

7. THE APP DOES NOT SAVE YOUR ANIMATIONS!!!! Like who wants to work hard on a animation just for it to crash and don't save you progress.The app is fun, it's a little difficult to use.

11. I understand that you get money from ads to keep it free, but you don't need to have one after every click.

1. Fix Stickman Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Stickman: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Stickman App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Stickman" » Open Stickman: draw animation maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Stickman » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Stickman: draw animation maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Stickman servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Stickman: draw animation maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Stickman app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Stickman might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Stickman. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Stickman then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Stickman not working

2. Fix Stickman Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Stickman be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Stickman not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Stickman may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
