Why should I report an Issue with Draw.ly: Color by Number?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Happy coloring to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I don't know why people are complaining about 'it just erased all my progress!' thing I mean there's an exit button on the top left corner which saves your progress...Great game anyways! (I just wanted to help others with this review OK.)All the pictures that I have already done are popping back up and I can't have a collection because things keep repeating...please make it easy to make a collection! And I'm getting fed up with have to go around in circles with adds...even if the picture says that you don't need to watch an add they make you watch an add anyway! Fix all these things or I'm finding another app!This is really one of the best Color by Number apps I ever had.

Unfortunately there seems to be this glitch with the newest update that the #1 color slot seems to get replaced with the color black, which kinda just ruins the pictures :/ I wish I could rate higher cause I do actually like and play this game a lot, but this bug unfortunately makes it really difficult to enjoy.It's awsome.

3. And 2: There is an ad every time I open if of the drawings! It's kind of annoying! 🙄😡 This is a really great app though so keep up the great work!! 🤗😊😍I don't have any problems with this app just that after I finished a big artwork the next one I pick lags a tiny bit but I just need to reopen the game to get rid of the problem.

4. I mean, there needs to be more Color by Number apps that allow you to choose the colors you want for your pictures.

5. So go download the game nowFun, BUT TOO MANY ADS!!! Also, when you import your own pixel picture I dont like how you pick your own colors.

8. This is a really great app and the noises are really satisfying! 😇 There's just 2 things I don't particularly care for.

9. 1: When I try to watch a ad to be able to do one of the pixel things, it shows up gray even when my wifi is full bars.

10. I think there should be the option to pick your own or go with the original colors of the picture.

1. Fix Draw.ly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Draw.ly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Draw.ly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Draw.ly" » Open Draw.ly: Color by Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Draw.ly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Draw.ly: Color by Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Draw.ly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Draw.ly: Color by Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Draw.ly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Draw.ly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Draw.ly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Draw.ly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Draw.ly not working

2. Fix Draw.ly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Draw.ly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Draw.ly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Draw.ly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
