Why should I report an Issue with Colorica: Mandala Coloring Book?

1. There's no metals or gradients, etc, to add texture to the pictures which is why I gave this 4 stars.I used to love this app, it was my absolute favorite coloring app for along time, until recently when I started getting a message that something went wrong and it closes.

2. Due to fact their is never any videos available to watch to earn coins.You have some great and different mandalas but all the colors are just basic colors.

Sure, if you want to sit and color ten images a day then yes you will probably run out of coins until you build them back up again but if you're happy coloring one or two images a day you shouldn't run out.I have installed this app multiple times and no pictures except one are showing up at all.

4. Impatiently waitng for more coins ( the commercial app for 50 coins isn't running)!!!!!This is a great app if you love coloring mandalas.

I enjoy the interface a great deal and it is very stable on my phone butt, it is obviously an orphan and seems to have developed a bug or something that is allowing at least one user to counterfeit "likes" on the public gallery that are outrageously more than the actual voting users that actively vote.

6. It is very annoyingI love all the different designs and the colors is just a great at and you can do a video of you coloring your picture.the only set back is.

7. You do have to use coins to unlock the images but you get free coins every day just for opening the app plus you are given coins to start with so you can start coloring right away.

1. Fix Colorica Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Colorica: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Colorica App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Colorica" » Open Colorica: Mandala Coloring Book » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Colorica » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Colorica: Mandala Coloring Book app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Colorica servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Colorica: Mandala Coloring Book" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Colorica app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Colorica might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Colorica. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Colorica then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Colorica not working

2. Fix Colorica Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Colorica be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Colorica not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Colorica may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
