1. Please fix the timeout / disconnect issue! We pay for this product, and it works great except constantly having to log back in every time you open a text message or anything else.As a small market radio station, we began using Logmein in 2014.

2. This sort of response probably explains why the desktop app has had bugs that remain in fixed for many years now.I like LogMeIn but I wish you could organize your computer structure in a tree format like Active Directory if you wanted to.

Also having a more robust way of remotely turning on laptop and tablet PCs that are on individual home networks across the country without the need to have a second PC on that network to send the wake up packet.This app works surprisingly well on my Chromebook, as there is no native application for it.

8. LogMeIn blames your phone, despite this happening on multiple different devices.

9. It even recognizes input from a computer mouse, all except for clicking with the center scrolling wheel (as opposed to actually scrolling).

10. I rely on LogMeIn for my work and I spend an hour or more every day working in this app.

11. I can see it just fine but without basic functionality it's uselessIt works well just like the desktop app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LogMeIn Issues

1. Fix LogMeIn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LogMeIn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LogMeIn App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LogMeIn" » Open LogMeIn » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LogMeIn » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LogMeIn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LogMeIn servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LogMeIn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LogMeIn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LogMeIn might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LogMeIn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LogMeIn then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LogMeIn not working


2. Fix LogMeIn Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LogMeIn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LogMeIn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LogMeIn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi. Our account has become limited even if we already renewed our subscription three months ago. I sent several emails to logmein support but we did not receive any reply. This is the account email of our account - ficobank.cctv@redacted. Kindly take action on this immediately . Thank you.
