Why should I report an Issue with IgeBlock - Tube ad blocker?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ljo to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Probably YouTube trying to throttle things behind the scenes, but I'd still like this sorted out.Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you ! ! ! ! I don't really understand the interface, but for removing video advertisement BRAVO it works GREAT! I dont know how to use other functions like PIP, but YES YES it removes video adverts ! ! ! Most of the time, if I switch to another app for a second, the video I was watching is replaced with a different video with no way to get back.

2. Thst is annoying, but nowhere near as annoying as stupid adverts 😒 so thank you! Well done! WORKS GREAT ! !First impressions, the app is working well for dropping the never ending adds interrupting video and music.

Haven't tested enough to comment on the reach of the interruptions that reset the content, but in the first half hour I've had to manually search, restart, and reload what I had running 4 times after taking short calls.I mainly use for ad blocking and the occasional other feature such as locking the screen.

4. I'd recommend looking into an update that can pause and return the user to the video, playlist, or whatever content after recieving a phone call or other interruption.

5. This is better than no free way to use the app past 2 hours, but since ads are back, why you can't it just go back to how it was? Also, I can't find any way to automatically enable captions, and it's annoying to manually enable on every video.

6. Sometimes glitches, like if I left replay on, it'll sometimes crash the whole app when the video ends, or it'll replay without the menu being available.

7. Other than that, the ad blocking function works perfectly.Overall this app is great for what It does, but autoplay is completely broken for me.

8. If you get it back I'll gladly subscribe to your service.The only issue I have with the app is that when pressing on "view add" it just shows the text "We are preparing an advertisment" on screen and won't actually show an ad, resulting in me not being able to access the menu.

9. Also, whenever I leave the app, the video always stops and I have to go find it and find my place because it sends me 5 minutes back every time.

10. Occaisionally the sidebar glitches but it always fixes when going to another video.Exactly what I was looking for.

11. This wouldn't be such a big deal if I didn't use youtube for music, but having to stop whatever I'm doing every 3 mins gets very frustrating and distracting.

1. Fix IgeBlock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IgeBlock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IgeBlock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IgeBlock" » Open IgeBlock - Tube ad blocker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IgeBlock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IgeBlock - Tube ad blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IgeBlock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IgeBlock - Tube ad blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IgeBlock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IgeBlock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IgeBlock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IgeBlock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IgeBlock not working

2. Fix IgeBlock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IgeBlock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IgeBlock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IgeBlock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
