The only plus is there no ads and inappropriate content is well filtered.I like this app it's because the kidstube you can wath everything like among us....so i give it 4 star😊My experience with youtube kids was very awful there are some songs that didn't work so I couldn't play my favourite songs after that all the vedios didn't work but honestly the best thing in this app was that you can add your favourite channels to your favourite channels list instead of searching for the channel every time but I didn't like this app at all please fix and thank youWhen I type frost diamond it doesn't want to appear and loadingWE HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AT all,it runs smoothly and baby girl loves it.

2. Everytime when I try to watch video it shows error reload page and I can't watch any videos 😤.I hate this app because it's so glitchy I can't even watch any videos so I'm deleting this app I will never go on this app again 😠Terrible.

1. Fix KidsTube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KidsTube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KidsTube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KidsTube" » Open KidsTube » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KidsTube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KidsTube app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KidsTube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KidsTube" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KidsTube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KidsTube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KidsTube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KidsTube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KidsTube not working

2. Fix KidsTube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KidsTube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KidsTube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KidsTube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
