Why should I report an Issue with WBLS?

1. Worse app ever!!!!!Cant play audio with screen off, Why would I want to keep my screen on and waste the battery? On pandora, soundcloud, ect you can have your screen off and listen to the music you like, very frustrating.

2. There are no local commercials or information, even living in the NY area.Enjoy the 🎶 but... the app keeps stopping, NOT buffering, STOPPING.

3. This is the wrong way to grow your presence in the digital space.It only plays for a minute then starts playing commercials.

4. Recently, the app stops playing when the screen times out! I've even tried listening via my phones browser, and the same thing occurs.

1. Fix WBLS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WBLS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WBLS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WBLS" » Open WBLS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WBLS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WBLS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WBLS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WBLS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WBLS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WBLS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WBLS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WBLS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WBLS not working

2. Fix WBLS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WBLS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WBLS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WBLS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
