1. It took some time for customer service to finally end my session.Initially gave 1 star due to unclear rules about where you could go e.g. if you start in one zone you have to stay in that, you won't be able to play in a new zone so don't expect you travel far with these.

2. You end up spending more time (and hence money) to find a parking spot and eventually end up spending as much time to walk to your destination so it was a terrible idea to take up a lime scooter.

3. Customer service was however very good and for that I'm upgrading from 1 star to 3 star.Terrible experience! The designated parking spots are far far away from the popular location.

4. One drawback I've found is it requires you to take pictures of the scooters and bikes when you've finished using them to help others find them, but I have yet to see where these pictures can be found in the app when trying to locate a vehicle.

5. I found one at an intersection, used it for a five block trip, left it at another intersection, and had a very difficult time ending my ride.

6. Spent more time looking for a place to put it and I still screwed up and locked it to a fence and then when I found out that was not allowed I could not unlock it to move it.

7. You have to spend extra time to get out of the no parking zones.

8. Their competitors have parking spots much closer to the popular attraction in a city.Confusing as to where you can park without a fine.

9. And even afterwards, the end ride button is often unresponsive and adds another minute to your ride.This is a very handy app and service.

10. It doesn't show you the no parking zones until after you're riding, so you can't plan a trip ahead.

11. We ended up parking it more obstructive than necessary due to all refusal up allow us to park.

1. Fix Lime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lime" » Open Lime - #RideGreen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lime - #RideGreen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lime - #RideGreen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lime not working

2. Fix Lime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
