Though LG service is excellently rated, this type of tech-savvy thing still needs to a great Philip.After multiple follow ups with customer care and negative review on Play store, finally managed to get a technician to come over for service, albeit without the filters! Apparently it is the job of the customer to inform them that filters need to be changed as this was the reason provided by the technician for not bringing any filters along.
