Why should I report an Issue with Word Wizard - Spelling Tests?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

I was impressed by the z phoneme though :-)It won't go past the permissions screen after I granted access to what it needsThis is a wonderful app for helping your children learn to sound out words and spell! My 3 and 5-year old love this app and use it almost everyday with the Sounds of the Alphabet book! This is an excellent app in teaching homeschool! Thank you for making such a wonderful app!!!!This app should have been the best app on the playstore right now but the duration for trials are so limited,just 48hours is a disgusting It should have been at least 7 days trial before buying Thanksthis app felt akward and not user friendly for a young age group.

2. I paid for the one time subscription, and when it does load properly it constantly freezes which is frustrating for my child as well as me.

3. With homeschooling, I thought this would be a great addition to practice spelling words.

1. Fix Word Wizard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Word Wizard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Word Wizard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Word Wizard" » Open Word Wizard - Spelling Tests » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Word Wizard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Word Wizard - Spelling Tests app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Word Wizard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Word Wizard - Spelling Tests" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Word Wizard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Word Wizard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Word Wizard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Word Wizard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Word Wizard not working

2. Fix Word Wizard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Word Wizard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Word Wizard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Word Wizard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
