Why should I report an Issue with Montessori - Learn to Read?

1. Nice concept but not worth it.Concept is great and kids can learn really fast but why are the animations between words so long? (may be there is a hidden way to go to the next letter without suffering thru a whole minute or two of boring animations) Even I got bored with them, and thought something was wrong with the app.

2. In movable alphabet, you can make words that are have a initial consonant, a final consonant, and a short vowel.Literally only 3 words per level on the lite version.

3. My child lost interest in your app because of themIt's also for beginners that need to figure out how to hear the word and then touch the letters below to fill out the squares.

4. And, I suggest that there is an option where small letters are used instead of the big letters since most letters used in sentences are small letters.I love this app,but the animations are way too long.

5. Also, the animations between words are ridiculously long, and I've checked the "shorter animations" box already in settings.

6. Let's face it, there are hardly any words in this free edition of the app.

7. And even then, there are hardly enough words to tell if I want to.

8. Please make them smaller, 2-3seconds maximum.This actually is a very awesome app for children to practice reading AND spelling.

9. You can't even scroll and pass,the option to make them short isn't working.

10. It's a good app just fix the animations problem.

1. Fix Montessori Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Montessori: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Montessori App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Montessori" » Open Montessori - Learn to Read » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Montessori » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Montessori - Learn to Read app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Montessori servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Montessori - Learn to Read" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Montessori app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Montessori might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Montessori. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Montessori then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Montessori not working

2. Fix Montessori Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Montessori be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Montessori not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Montessori may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
