Elya, English teacherAs a parent i can really tell that this app is the best app for kids to learn other knowledgeable books and storiesI purchased the raz plus and when I tried to sign in to my kid's tablet, it wouldn't let me, but when I'm using the website, it does the issue I have with this is what's the point of the app if I have to go to the web page itselfRidiculously expensive it's insane.

2. Also, the teacher does not have access to assignments, setting reading tests, listening to recorded books and sending messages to tbe students.

1. Fix Kids A-Z Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kids A-Z: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kids A-Z App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kids A-Z" » Open Kids A-Z » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kids A-Z » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kids A-Z app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kids A-Z servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kids A-Z" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kids A-Z app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kids A-Z might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kids A-Z. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kids A-Z then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kids A-Z not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kids A-Z be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kids A-Z not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kids A-Z may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
