Why should I report an Issue with Tobo: Learn Swedish Vocabulary?

Bring down the cost (or offer a one-time purchase), add articles to the nouns, then you can have my money...This app is really good for me as for beginner to learn and memorize new words but what lacks (and I know this is something to be learned but not figured out) is an article en/ett for nouns.. Wish it will be included in some future updates)Love the app, paid for the add fre version and use it a lot, lot of content and love the dynamic.

The pacing is awful, you practice small groups of words, and can't return to previous groups, so you forget the earlier words, then at the end everything is thrown at your face at once, and you can't remember half the words, or more, and the words you don't remember aren't shown again until much later, giving you no chance to actually practice and remember them.

3. I've already recommended it to all of my Swedish learning friends and now I'm recommending it to you too.The UI is super easy to understand, nice illustrations for the words.

4. However, firstly, it doesn't state whether the nouns are 'en' or 'ett' which, as anyone who studies Swedish knows, is half the battle of learning nouns.

5. Hopefully they will implement it in a future update.The app is good for building up vocabulary but at least in the Spanish version the translations are wrong.

6. I like how it doesnt just speak to you, but you're encouraged to play little games to keep the words in your memory.

9. You added the article in every single Spanish noun when the Swedish word doesn't have it.

10. For instance brev is not "the letter", it's just "letter", sol is not "the sun" it's only sun, and I could keep going cause every single noun is translated incorrectly.

1. Fix Tobo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tobo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tobo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tobo" » Open Tobo: Learn Swedish Vocabulary » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tobo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tobo: Learn Swedish Vocabulary app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tobo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tobo: Learn Swedish Vocabulary" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tobo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tobo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tobo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tobo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tobo not working

2. Fix Tobo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tobo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tobo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tobo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
