1. The error message says "not permitted by network policy".A highly recommended app to be part of the Pope's worldwide prayer community! It has a user friendly design and it's simple and easy to use.

2. Also, being 10 hours ahead of Italy, my phone goes to my timezone's current day, and nothing is available as the prayer hasn't been loaded yet.So glad I downloaded this app! it is a wonderful way to stay in the practice of regular prayer.

1. Restart Click To Pray: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Click To Pray App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Click To Pray" » Open Click To Pray » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Click To Pray » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Click To Pray app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Click To Pray servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Click To Pray" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Click To Pray app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Click To Pray might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Click To Pray. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Click To Pray then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Click To Pray not working
