1. All I get is a black screen.Since the year 2000, KTRS digital is still malfunctional.Took to long to set up w/o outside help.Great information radio!Live stream doesn't work for meDoesn't work most of the time!!!Works part of the time.

2. This problem is so consistent that it says more about the people running the streaming side since they clearly don't monitor performance which is a shame because when it works the app is great.Worked for 2 minuets stopped and won't work at all now.

3. I've used it for quite some time and the issues have been the same throughout: works well for a while then shuts off and its 50/50 at best whether it will come back on or not.

4. Web sight won't work on chrome either.Random ads that play but don't let the stream resume.

5. Someone didn't test this app before releasing :(I've downloaded and uninstalled twice.

1. Fix KTRS 550 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KTRS 550: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KTRS 550 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KTRS 550" » Open KTRS 550 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KTRS 550 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KTRS 550 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KTRS 550 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KTRS 550" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KTRS 550 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KTRS 550 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KTRS 550. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KTRS 550 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KTRS 550 not working
