Great App thoThe Perfect App for every REVELUV ❤️ although my only complaint is some of my favorite B-side tracks are not here but not bad for a hundred MB app, It has lyrics and translations already!so amazing!! i use this outstanding app everyday anywhere because you don't need WiFi to listen to music on the app!! love it I wish I could rate it a 999 billion stars 🌟✨I love this app so much, I have your other apps aswell.

3. Please add it next update.LOVE every song only wish I could play songs one after the other.

4. The songs are awesome but I think the app manufacturers habe forgot to add Dumb Dumb song.

1. Fix Red Velvet Offline Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Red Velvet Offline: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Red Velvet Offline App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Red Velvet Offline" » Open Red Velvet Offline - KPop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Red Velvet Offline » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Red Velvet Offline - KPop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Red Velvet Offline servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Red Velvet Offline - KPop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Red Velvet Offline app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Red Velvet Offline might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Red Velvet Offline. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Red Velvet Offline then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Red Velvet Offline not working
