Why should I report an Issue with Koober: book podcasts?

1. Its a good concept, but I do not have enough time to read and can only listen to the articles whilst I do other things, so with the horrid reading quality, the experience is completely RUINED, and I cannot justify such an extortionate price for such poor quality product.

4. People who are not into reading books and wants things straight to the point then this is a great app and worth the 7.99/a month.

5. Unfortunately the app tried to take a full yearly subscription from me straight away TWICE... unsubscribed and deleted, Can't actually tell you what the app is like... it sounds like a great concept but they've got to sort the payment stuff out first.Pretty mediocre.

6. However, I am a kind of a person who feels an achievement in finishing a whole book, so this concise form isn't for me.One thing though, I wish the downloaded books would be played like a playlist, pulling up while driving(on commute) to play the next book isn't ideal.

7. Although I do hope they continue to span their library of koobs.When downloading koobs, the downloads rarely get to 100% on the first try...They go up to a certain point and it says "Download failed"..I have to try up to five or six times to download one lesson/course/koob/summary.

8. I have been enjoying the experience, it's nice to get information packed in small bite sizes, feel like i'm learning alot in short amount of time and being able to retain alot of the information.

9. Unfortunately, I'll unsubscribe and delete because I can't pay for monthly subscription.The audio performances are *CRINGE-WORTHY*, especially given the price that you are paying for the pleasure of listening to them... No, thank you.

10. But I keep getting emails & messages telling me I have to update my details so the payment will go through! Even months after I uninstalled app! And the messages say they have attempted to process the payment but it failed to go through.

1. Fix Koober Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Koober: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Koober App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Koober" » Open Koober: book podcasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Koober » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Koober: book podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Koober servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Koober: book podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Koober app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Koober might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Koober. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Koober then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Koober not working

2. Fix Koober Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Koober be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Koober not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Koober may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
