1. Thanks in advance.I really liked this app, really gives you a feel of what it is like to play a real launchpad.. Has a lot of great songs, I'll change to 5 star review if you upload more of Madeon's songs from his album Adventure... Please!! I would love playing his more songs.. I played Home, I really liked it.. And please add one song, this song, you just have to upload please, the song is 'Shelter' from Porter Robinson & Madeon... I want this song so bad in this app please!!You could put in The Fat Rat - Monody though.

2. but the button at the side will open and the top part of the thing😅 would be gone as my phone is small I hope you can allow me to move the thhing😅 cause I want to download more songs.

3. The second is turning off the data is the way to make adds wont appear again but the reason is I already paid it so.. Wether or not, I wont stop playing this good appThey need to update this app, some of the sounds are broken.

4. Hope it helps to other who want to play unipad again.The app itself is good but may have something odd, that is after I purchase No-Adds thingy, the adds still appear.

5. I've been using this app for a long time now.As of May 3, 2021, I downloaded it but the song wasn't able to download, it's just 0% and failed.

6. This also happend to other new songs on the store for example "Light it up"Your last update was almost 2 years ago.

7. its very annoying and disappointing.Connecting my launchpad to the application is very very VERY difficult... I had to connect and reconnect the cable multiple times, and out of all the tries; I could only get 1 out of 20 of them to work.

8. I deleted and reinstalled the app then I restart my phone, then i opened unipad app, then I try to download song again and successfully downloaded it.

9. Before the last update, i can play one of my song perfectly.

1. Fix UniPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UniPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UniPad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UniPad" » Open UniPad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UniPad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UniPad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UniPad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UniPad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UniPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UniPad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UniPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UniPad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UniPad not working

2. Fix UniPad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UniPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UniPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UniPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
