KENWOOD DASH CAM MANAGER Customer Insights

1. I can easily connect to the camera (DRV A501W), change its settings, and view videos on both my tablet (Galaxy S2 8) and my phone (Galaxy A40).

2. Downloading videos from camera to mobile device takes an extremely long time (i.e. a 5 min clip takes 3-5 minutes to download).

3. Plus throughout the connection process you have to keep closing the app and reopening then click continue instead of connect after the password but I suppose in the end it works.App can be good if you didn't have to forget and reconnect to the camera .

4. This is the worst and most frustrating app I've ever used. This app has consistent issues where you can't view the videos that have been recorded, can't download recorded videos, and currently I can no longer view videos I've downloaded into my files on the app.

5. My main complaint is how slow it takes for videos on camera to move over to the phone app.

6. Only 4 stars because I can't download / protect / unprotect / delete the videos from my tablet, the buttons are only partially displayed - I suspect because of the tablet's unusual 4:3 aspect ratio.

7. Now, this app crashes every time you attempt to view videos you downloaded from the camera.

8. If you want a decent dash cam experience...this ain't it chief. The app works and allows me to download my videos.

9. Most of the time I give up I have stuff to do later on during the week.... also I am unable to locate where the older videos are stored at on my phone.

10. Every time.🤬Impossible to use; when you finally figure out how to connect and try to download clips it doesn't work.

11. They fix issues but cause other aspects to fail that were working prior.I think you need to redo this useless app it will not connect or stay connected.
