Why should I report an Issue with Kapwing?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I'll just have to stick with my green screen and other video editing apps.Installed didn't open.

2. Terrible formatting, constant glitching, obnoxious advertisements for the "PRO" version attached to every other function, gigantic obstructive watermark, I can't even upload an image with black text on a white background, the text comes out white no matter what.

3. I would pay if I didn't know that other tools existed like Photoshop or other video editing software, and this app isn't good enough to costMessed up the image/video search.

4. Apparently, they lowered the video time limit to seven or four minutes.I have been trying to find an app like this to easily add subtitles to for hours.

5. It glitches out so badly, it's impossible to add text or change video lengths without the editor basically exploding.

6. But otherwise a really useful toolAt first I liked it, but then it started to work horrible especially if you're making a long video.

7. The videos can be uploaded from your device but then instead of your video you see a white screen only.

8. It's so simple and easy to use and after exporting the video, it's still in good quality.

9. The thing that really made me upset is when I tried to export a ten minute video, it went straight to the payment.

10. On top of that there's a limited amount of watermark free posts you can have and I usually end up using them all up on one post because I end up having to remake the post so many times.Absolute garbage.

1. Fix Kapwing Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Kapwing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Kapwing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kapwing" » Open Kapwing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kapwing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Kapwing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kapwing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kapwing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Kapwing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kapwing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Kapwing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kapwing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kapwing not working

2. Fix Kapwing Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kapwing be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kapwing not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kapwing may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
