1. It would be nice if the App could work while you were using a VPN however.I know that some people are having trouble with the app, I'd just updated the app and it works perfectly fine, it depends on your data single or were your are, just give it some time to load up.Horrible app.

2. They don't send me bills for my home internet and cable service but they will turn us off with no warning and I will have to pay extra to get the service turned on again.App was working when I first installed it.
