My Tide Times Pro Customer Insights

1. I paid for the pro version but the only big issue I have is that some of the locations only shows high tide info and no low tide info at all! I believe other users reported this issue allready! Developers, please look into this and fix it, or at least let us know what is the reason we can not get all the info.

2. If the data isn't there for it, then calculate a rough interpolation - indication of whether the tide currently has a high or low amplitude (I can't easily memorise whether 4m is a big or small tide) - make the big widget fit better in the tiles (I've left direct feedback on contact page for this)Accurate tide times.

3. Works flawlessly each costal town we have visited, giving us peace of mind and plenty of time to get out of harms way of fast incoming tides.The best tide times app I've tried.

4. Pay the €1.99 for the pro version because it's really worth it.Terrific app for checking tide times.

6. What is it sending? Why is it so often running in the background? It's used 20mb in the last three hours, and 1% of my battery since the last full charge, and I have not used the app at all.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Tide Times Pro Issues

1. Fix My Tide Times Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Tide Times Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Tide Times Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Tide Times Pro" » Open My Tide Times Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Tide Times Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Tide Times Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Tide Times Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Tide Times Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Tide Times Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Tide Times Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Tide Times Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Tide Times Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Tide Times Pro not working


2. Fix My Tide Times Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Tide Times Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Tide Times Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Tide Times Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
