1. Simple earthquake app that focuses on the synthesis of data provided by national and international agencies.

1. As soon as the screen disappears, it goes right back to the original settings! I was getting 5 different notifications for one earthquake so I set it to just USGS, it still sent all the others.

If you monitor earthquakes this will be your "go to app"Could not connect to alert app...i dont get it..sorry..i believe it may be USGS?JUST NOT SURESeismograph does not allow to capture an image without disturbing the reading.

1. Fix EarthQuake PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EarthQuake PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EarthQuake PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EarthQuake PRO" » Open EarthQuake PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EarthQuake PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EarthQuake PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EarthQuake PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EarthQuake PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EarthQuake PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EarthQuake PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EarthQuake PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EarthQuake PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EarthQuake PRO not working

2. Fix EarthQuake PRO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EarthQuake PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EarthQuake PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EarthQuake PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
