1. I recieved funds from a food program during covid and they only sent me my food once the second time I placed an order that cost more than $400 and it never arrived.

The food box we got last year from different supplier was way much better, food are much more fresh and complete not like this one!!!They are SELLING you food bank quality food, you get little choice in what they give you, and with items like chopped chicken and getting one can of tuna in a "box" if you have any other choice than getting your things from this app, or their parent company.

3. You tell them what you want done they confirm that there going to process it for you they don't process it the order does not get cancelled the delivery comes in incorrect boxes show up there's no way to reach them to tell them intoTangelo is not trustworthy.

4. I wished the olive oil were placed in all of the boxes & not just one.😃This app is a joke! My employer partnered with this to give their employee benefits free food due to pandemic but they don't deliver the goods.

5. I placed an order I wanted it cancelled you there's no way to hit cancel there's no way to back out of it you have to contact support the support is in the Philippines in these people don't understand English.

6. Love to cook and the fresh fruits and vegetables make that a real thing.I managed to order once, and then I couldn't get the app open again because it kept crashing.

7. I've emailed support and they've said they fixed it, but every time I get to the terms & conditions and I push accept, it doesn't accept and just stays on this page.Tangelo ended up being a good experience after all.

8. When I most needed the food they just kept the funds and didn't send anything.

9. They are scammers that put you on their program so they can get the program funds and SELL you substandard food for high prices.

10. I cancelled it immediately thinking my info had been stolen, but it turns out it was my tangelo order.

1. Fix Tangelo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tangelo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tangelo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tangelo" » Open Tangelo - Get Food Prescribed! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tangelo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tangelo - Get Food Prescribed! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tangelo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tangelo - Get Food Prescribed!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tangelo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tangelo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tangelo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tangelo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tangelo not working

2. Fix Tangelo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tangelo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tangelo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tangelo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
