1. Some features I'd like to see: a more searchable menu on options, like sugar free syrups, and flavors; a nutrition calculator for custom drinks; and the ability to add friends from my contacts so it's easier to send drinks and see who sent me a drink in app.I was so excited to get the app, but discovered there's no way to save my favorites or ones I want to try.

2. It would also be awesome if you were able to order from the app.Really enjoying the app so far, it's aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, easy to track and redeem points for drinks, and I love the sticker rewards that you can customize your home page with.

3. The menu does not list the syrup flavoring options (including which ones are sugar free) which would save time when arriving and having to order.

6. I would love to see a dark mode, favorites tab, sort/filter, and mobile ordering (placing order in queue for Broista to still complete interaction at POS).

7. (I like the real stickers more, but these are great for when the stands are out of real ones lol) Had it for 3 years now, still love it.

8. would be nice if it had a menu so you could customize your drink and as they scan the app at the window the request is made.

9. They're currently under Dutch Freezes, so that can be confusing.The app is pretty great! I love the rewards.

10. I, along with many other people, are having issues getting kicked out of the app and aren't able to log back in.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Dutch Bros Issues

1. Fix Dutch Bros Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Dutch Bros: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Dutch Bros App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dutch Bros" » Open Dutch Bros » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dutch Bros » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Dutch Bros app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dutch Bros servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dutch Bros" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Dutch Bros app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dutch Bros might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Dutch Bros. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dutch Bros then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dutch Bros not working


2. Fix Dutch Bros Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dutch Bros be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dutch Bros not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dutch Bros may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
