1. This way if there is another location that can deliver it sooner you don't have to redo your entire order.Really wild to think in 2019 a company the size of Jets wouldn't have a working, serviceable app.

2. I don't mind calling an order in, but make sure if you offer online / app ordering it's working.This app is very difficult and frustrating to use.

3. I love Jets pizza, but this app would get a zero rating if it were possible.Terrible app and online ordering system.

4. Fortunately, their pizza is good and service is fast from what I can recall.At first I loathed ordering from Jets online or on the app.

5. I've not once been able to actually order anything from the app, the login system doesn't allow me to log in.

6. If not able to do that then it would be nice if you could give a time estimate on when delivery would be BEFORE you put your whole order in.

7. The only thing they need to add is an option for dipping sauces when you order wings.

8. When you select "order" and choose you store, it actually will open up your browser function rather than from the app itself.

9. The first opening screen asks if you want to use your location to find a store but it gives you an error if you select it.

10. Even checking out as a guest the app just keeps reloading and will not allow you to submit an order.

1. Fix Jet's Pizza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jet's Pizza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jet's Pizza App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jet's Pizza" » Open Jet's Pizza » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jet's Pizza » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jet's Pizza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jet's Pizza servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jet's Pizza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jet's Pizza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jet's Pizza might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jet's Pizza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jet's Pizza then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jet's Pizza not working

2. Fix Jet's Pizza Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jet's Pizza be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jet's Pizza not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jet's Pizza may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
