Why should I report an Issue with DISCO - Chat & date for gays?

1. therefore i try to send a text and it crashes everytime, making this app uselessIt's a great app if I could say coz everything about the app is parfect except how they heard coin for free there is kinda hard little so pls help to find something to with that 🙄🤔I first realized that this app has many similarities with other - such as Lesbian app, then this part is just "filter" for the app.

4. For whatever reason despite this app being advertised for GAY MEN women are shown on the app although I chose the 'looking for men' which is pretty annoying too, letting other people know what you're interested in etc.

5. It's probably not even the app's fault but this just wasn't it for meIts pretty good!! My only complaint is that the filter to choose people based on language is premium only.

6. It sucks finding a great profile only to find out they don't speak any of the same languages so there's no way to message them.

7. After that it went to a larger set of people outside of the area I put in the filter.

8. I know any dating app would need money but isnt it kinda brutal that a person cant see who liked them? unless they are VIP.it was ok.

9. Uninstallalling and reinstalling doesn't sound like a high standard, you need to fix your bugs and update.

10. Quite a disppointment, needs hardwork improvements.The layout used to be better for sure, now the interface is simply confusing and cramped.

1. Fix DISCO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DISCO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DISCO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DISCO" » Open DISCO - Chat & date for gays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DISCO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DISCO - Chat & date for gays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DISCO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DISCO - Chat & date for gays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DISCO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DISCO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DISCO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DISCO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DISCO not working

2. Fix DISCO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DISCO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DISCO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DISCO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
