2. The community is small and people were cordial, I didn't run into any pervs so that's a plus, but the app is too slow and laggy, I might come back after a few updates, but for now it's a no.I really love the app~! It's easy to make friends and everyone gets along well.

Juanita😍First of all, they should update the app photos because the app doesn't look like that anymore, the UI looks outdated and it's very messy and laggs a lot, not user friendly at all, the notifications alert doesn't disappear even after checking it, you have to delete all notifications so the alert disappears.

1. Fix Chingu Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chingu: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chingu App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chingu" » Open Chingu: Discover friends who are interested in me. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chingu » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chingu: Discover friends who are interested in me. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chingu servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chingu: Discover friends who are interested in me." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chingu app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chingu might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chingu. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chingu then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chingu not working

2. Fix Chingu Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chingu be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chingu not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chingu may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
