1. We ended up just going to order in person after wasting so much time on the app.The update no longer allows me to reorder my previous order, doesn't allow me to save my credit card for easy reorder, and the time of order constantly times out.

2. Really hope you do something soon to fix the problem.This app is impossible!! I literally just put it on my phone and it immediately screwed up! Keeps telling me to change my password that I just created, sends me to the link but will not open!! No thanks!The app will not let you log in after creating an account and locks your account out.

3. It's bad enough that the store tends to overlook things on the order, but the last two updates have made it a hassle to even use.

4. I usually stick with a routine order, but every time I go back, they've changed something and it's become asinine.

1. Fix Jason's Deli Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Jason's Deli: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jason's Deli" » Open Jason's Deli » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jason's Deli » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Jason's Deli app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jason's Deli servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jason's Deli" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
