Why should I report an Issue with itslearning mobile?

1. Personally as a student who has been using it for a few school years, it's quite frankly awful in the area of modern formating (it's set up like a page on the oldest computer imaginable.) It's extremely difficult to navigate at first glance for anyone of any age, and it's so bad that my school is supposedly removing it from our curriculum (I don't know if this is true, hence the "supposedly".) In short: Not a good site, sorry.It's a working app but there is loads of room for improvement.

2. They litterally could given us an app that was just a browser displaying the mobile website, but instead they programmed a completly new interface... Lot of effort for no other purpose than limiting and confusing their users.

3. I mean that when I open the notifications list, I could still see the very first notifications I received.Itslearning is buggy, inconvenient and utter trash.

4. I wish it had notifications for EVERY little change, because sometimes a teacher uploads an assignment and I don't get a notification and end up having a 0 for an assignment.

5. Personally, itslearning is only suited for iPhone use, it does not function well on Android.This site definitely gets the job done as an educational tool.

6. For example when there are questions you need to drag the answer for it doesn't work, and if a question is an interactive image thriugh flash it doesn't loadI really don't think this is good.

7. I have no idea what the devs are smoking but Excel embeds are extremely broken and don't load, if you try to get them it to launch in the Excel application, Android will throw an error because the URL is incorrect.

8. As a student doing remote learning, my school is using itslearning.

9. Shouldn't all classes be combined as an option if the user wants that? I'm not sure why schools are wasting their money on this system.

10. When i open the app, it shows the home page of my ItsLearning, but i can't click any buttons.

11. It hardly ever works, messages don't come through until alot later after sent, I can't submit any images onto assignments for teachers to mark my work.

1. Fix itslearning mobile Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart itslearning mobile: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the itslearning mobile App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "itslearning mobile" » Open itslearning mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for itslearning mobile » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear itslearning mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from itslearning mobile servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "itslearning mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check itslearning mobile app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, itslearning mobile might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall itslearning mobile. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall itslearning mobile then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing itslearning mobile not working

2. Fix itslearning mobile Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make itslearning mobile be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to itslearning mobile not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, itslearning mobile may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
