Why should I report an Issue with Corq?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Campus Labs to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There needs to be some bug fixes.Had to install this app for campus events, every time I tried to select my campus it signed me up to a completely different campus that wasn't even an option, then wouldn't let me change.

2. Please fix ASAPthis app is great when organizing events but when i exit the app, it forces itself back on the screen and then it's like a game of who can be faster =_=Had to uninstall and reinstall to remove a few very disruptive bugs.

3. This is just ridiculous as I had to install CORQ to attend one of the events at my university recently.

4. The service is fantastic! It's helped me connect to different organizations on my campus, some of which I might never have heard of otherwise.

6. I am from Stony Brook University.The app seems to glitch a lot, so its pretty unreliable when I want to see what ks going on but suddenly the app won't open.

7. Apart from some of the little things like dark mode/adaptive icon support, scrolling lists sometimes become unresponsive when loading more items.

8. No one in my organization, including me, is able to RSVP on the CORQ app.

9. On re-installing the app, it says that my university has not partnered up with CORQ yet.

1. Fix Corq Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Corq: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Corq App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Corq" » Open Corq » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Corq » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Corq app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Corq servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Corq" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Corq app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Corq might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Corq. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Corq then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Corq not working

2. Fix Corq Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Corq be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Corq not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Corq may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
