Just repeating the puzzles and not completing the missions because we haven't found "Majorie and Sally and put them on the wave hopper....jet pack....diving board" etc etc is so unsatisfying for the kids.I don't like this game because When I am at the last level of level It's always when every time I click the button is Just going to put it in like an ad and when I get take it out and put it back it's just gonna do an Ad And it's annoying me that I don't Like it And every time I'm trying to go back to math Tango Island is just gonna take me to the ad instead and I deleted it and And install it again but it just gave me ads it works on level one and the Start of Level 2Not a free game.

2. And guess what they have you do as every second step! Buy something! Oh yeah, spend game money now and after we get a credit card on file you can spend real money! So if you got plenty of money do enjoy but if you are worried your kid might make you broke then keep looking.I love all the Endless apps and have used them to great success with my child.

3. We have paid for the year in advance and I can't get a response from the company and now my child doesn't want to play it because if the frustration! Thank you for the response here that you had reached out to me, but unfortunately I cannot find an email in my inbox or spam.

1. Fix MathTango Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MathTango: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MathTango App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MathTango" » Open MathTango » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MathTango » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MathTango app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MathTango servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MathTango" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MathTango app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MathTango might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MathTango. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MathTango then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MathTango not working

2. Fix MathTango Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MathTango be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MathTango not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MathTango may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
