At one time, it gave a 1000km/h alert.Pro track is a very good app but service is the worst thing...Dealers are very worst and keep on charging for every single step...During tracking the vehicle icon changes from green to blue frquently even the vehicle is running...Updation is very worst....Lots of bugs inside it...Some dealers are installing the old device which they got from other vehicles and charging heavily at first they free for one year and after that they will charge for everything anyways slightly a good app..The App logged me out.

2. Quite annoyingVery poor customer care.Been calling for a week and even sent text but no reply or answered call.Frustrated!!!Why does it keep showing "network is unavailable, try again later"? The wesite is down for a couple of days.

4. It shows that the automobile went through a forest when in fact the road is 500m-1km away from where the road is.I think that my car always is near me👌👌👌🚘 But ican't make a geo-fence !Track ok but it does play back.

5. It should set vibration alarm resume activated after 5 or 10 mins of idling.It keeps on giving false speeding alerts even when the car is off.

1. Fix Protrack GPS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Protrack GPS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Protrack GPS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Protrack GPS" » Open Protrack GPS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Protrack GPS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Protrack GPS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Protrack GPS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Protrack GPS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Protrack GPS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Protrack GPS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Protrack GPS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Protrack GPS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Protrack GPS not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Protrack GPS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Protrack GPS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Protrack GPS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
