1. My advice, don't spend money on a app that doesn't care for its usersI've been looking for an Instagram tool app that works in a short and concise way, which I won't have a hard time using for a while.

2. Very high quality application.Worked well at first however I paid to upgrade to the pro version (luckily only subscribed for 1 month because Instagram came up with a warning about someone trying to hack my account and change my password.

3. Hopefully that support can be added in a future release, so I can upgrade my review to 3, 4 or 5 stars 🙂I started trying different apps because I was tired of Instagram tool apps that didn't work when I needed them.

4. Deleted this app and changed my password and it's been fine since so I'm not sure if it's definitely been this app or just a coincidenceI am currently paying for the subscription, but the support team doesn't answer my email at all! I have issue with IG stories inside the InReports app.

5. The main reason for this is that I have been notified by this app that an account I blocked over a month ago has been viewing my profile - blocked accounts can't view your profile.

6. Not only that but instagram will disable your account because of this app and the shady stuff it does with your account in the background.I've had an adventure of an experience with this app.

7. Also, it would be great if it could report on two accounts at once, rather than only the account you are logged into at the time.

8. I'll start experimenting with every aspect of the app over time.DO NOT USE THIS APP! Even though I pay monthly it keeps on switching back to the non-premium version.

9. I currently have 3 active stories, but it does not appear under Active in InReports app, hence I can't filter who is looking at my stories etc.

10. I use it to watch hidden stories in my free time, and I can do a lot of operations that I have to do collectively with the app.

11. I was able to see the people who reviewed my profile in a very short time with the app.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix InReports Issues

1. Fix InReports Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart InReports: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the InReports App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InReports" » Open InReports - Follower, Story Analyzer for Instagram » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InReports » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear InReports - Follower, Story Analyzer for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InReports servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InReports - Follower, Story Analyzer for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check InReports app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InReports might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall InReports. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InReports then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InReports not working


2. Fix InReports Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InReports be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InReports not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InReports may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi, I want my data and account deleted as soon as possible. The reason is because I don't like the app anymore because Instagram blocked me on the app, for having your app.
