1. I've tried uninstalling but still doesn't help It's super disappointing because it's not cheapSuper cool and helpful my only gripe is that there is a premium service and they would probably get more revenue if they made the pro version a one time purchase but other than that it's a great app đź‘ŤThis app was working really well at first until instagram temporarily locked me out.

2. First to upgrade to premium is way overpriced idk how you can justify 10 dollars a month to watch stories anonymously which is kind of a pointless feature.

3. Moved to a new phone and now can't restore my subscription.I had for one year paid subscription, emailed them about issues and I never heard back.This app was good when I first got it.

4. The bugs should be fixedThis doesn't work, I paid for one month so I could unfollow people who weren't following me.

5. Would give 0 stars if that were an option!I need to change back the rating as after a week of using this, now suddenly I can't see who unfollow me anymore.

6. And also clicking on the lost followers keeps very long time to respond.

7. Everytime I click on those, it ask me to upgrade to Pro for that while infact it's not like that in the first week.

8. Some times when you lost followers it does not show under lost followers.

9. I decided to check out the premium out of curiosity to see if anybody blocked me and suprise nobody did.

10. The app blurs out fake names to make it look like people blocked you.

11. The only thing I can see is who is a new follower (I get that notification on Instagram) and who I'm not following (again available on Instagram).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Reports Pro Issues

1. Fix Reports Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Reports Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Reports Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reports Pro" » Open Reports Pro for Instagram » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reports Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Reports Pro for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reports Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reports Pro for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Reports Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reports Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Reports Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reports Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reports Pro not working


2. Fix Reports Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reports Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reports Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reports Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I had bought a subscription of $5.99 and it actually bought the year subscription which I never chose and it automatically took money from my credit card and I want a refund. It doesn’t work too it freezes then kicks me out. So yes a refund will be very much needed.
