1. I'm not so concerned about the first one, but I just spent 4 hours last night making the second one and now it's not there? What's the point of having an account if your stuff isn't even going to be saved to it? There's no way to contact the developer directly, so this prob won't be fixed.I'd give 6 stars , I love how this app works , its pretty simple and does exactly what I wanted to , I love the fact that the app provides coins by watching ads to remove the water mark /Logo 👍.But after some weeks this app is not functioning properly , after the video is saved ,I can't even play the video and its taking up too much time to save my last video.Great app and easy to use,however I would like you to add more option on the color and style of the text(lyrics).Also pls add more option of the transition of the pics to make it more perfect.

2. Another issue is about the watermark which requires a coin, the question am asking is that, how do i earn coins on thete?? Thankyou for this gret app but if more transitions for photos and lyrics are put in the next update, then i can rate this app 5+ stars.When I started using this app it was so helpful I really liked it but it started misbehaving takes hours to save and sometimes end up not saving at all.

Check for audio consistency kindly.It's great but I can't make a cover for my lyric video 😔Doesn't work anymore last update stops u from editing it's useless in 2023I needed a coin to remove the watermark, but it kept saying that no ads were available, so I deleted the app data and logged back in to see if that would fix it.

4. This app would be perfect if you fix it.but anyways ,I love the app its great.💜The app does its great work it was made for, but it has only one transition form for lyrics(words), hope more options should be added.

5. The only reason this isn't 5 is because there's no personalisation.i love how simple it is to do lyrics, rather than having to do one word at a time like in my previous efforts and i like the different fonts aswell, one for every occasion.

6. but i cant get coins therefore i cant get rid of the water mark! i go to watch an ad for coins, it then loads and loads and eventually says something along the lines of "sorry, we dont have any ads right now".

7. And dose it have a particular phone it works on cuz I got a new phone and downloaded it, and it became worst not even working properly talk more of saving.

8. Really like how easy it is to make and add lyrics, it would just be HEAPS better if I could change the font, colour, etc, for all the lyrics, so they don't all look the same.

1. Fix Video Lyrics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Lyrics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Lyrics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Lyrics" » Open Video Lyrics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Lyrics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Lyrics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Lyrics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Lyrics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Lyrics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Lyrics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Lyrics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Lyrics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Lyrics not working

2. Fix Video Lyrics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Lyrics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Lyrics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Lyrics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
