Why should I report an Issue with ForKeeps - Keep Memories Alive?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ForKeeps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I think you could improve this app by setting up a place to make a your funeral plans like the church or place to have your funeral, the clergy or person to hold your funeral, the music you choose, the photos you use at the funeral home, etc ... This app is great!I'd love to review this app throughly but, it simply closes without any notice and then when attempting to reopen it must get lost because there is never a notice of openings or seemed interest even.

2. Keep up the good work!I'm an original! I do some sign language...Sign language ?....you would swear I that I had taken, taken some type of sign- language course .I will have a certificate in that too ,maybe probably, sometimes always that's the oneGreat album platform which is easy to useAll memories stored in one place, so heartwarming a genius.

3. Not sure what w do kils meThis is a really amazing App! It let's you create albums and messages for all special occasions!!!A very heartwarming app, especially during this national lockdown period.

1. Fix ForKeeps Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ForKeeps: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ForKeeps App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ForKeeps" » Open ForKeeps - Keep Memories Alive » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ForKeeps » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ForKeeps - Keep Memories Alive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ForKeeps servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ForKeeps - Keep Memories Alive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ForKeeps app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ForKeeps might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ForKeeps. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ForKeeps then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ForKeeps not working

2. Fix ForKeeps Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ForKeeps be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ForKeeps not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ForKeeps may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
