1. With elderly family and a job where I have on-call every few weeks, this is a must-have feature for me, Now that it's not working, and no way to contact the developer other than leaving a review.... it's become a "must-have-a replacement-app-for-this-broken-one".... I did get a few good years use from it, but am sorely disappointed development has not kept it a viable option.Before the changes to the app and the recent systems update, I very much enjoyed this app, but now it doesn't perform as it did.

2. I sent a note to the developer but still can't seem to get any information on how to work it.This app used to be great but since getting a phone (LG V60) with Android 10, the White List option no longer works.

3. I'll upgrade my rating once this vital feature is fixed.I've had the pro version for 3 months and still can't get the White List feature to work as advertised.

4. I could use my phone's built-in system for that :(Great app! Like to see one improvement: an app whitelist that let's you specify particular apps that will still make sounds.

5. The app does not stop email notifications and allows text message notifications from white list members.

6. The app worked perfectly until a month ago when I upgraded my phone and, subsequently, upgraded to the latest Android (9) update.

7. The white list works (calls go through during DND timeframe), but the app did not turn off in the morning as it was supposed to.

10. I have the PRO license and was kind of was relying on this app to give me my rest while still be able to have certain people call me when in need, that unfortunately turned out not to be true.

1. Restart Nights Keeper (do not disturb): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Nights Keeper (do not disturb) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Nights Keeper (do not disturb)" » Open Nights Keeper (do not disturb) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Nights Keeper (do not disturb) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Nights Keeper (do not disturb) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Nights Keeper (do not disturb) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Nights Keeper (do not disturb)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Nights Keeper (do not disturb) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Nights Keeper (do not disturb) might not work.
