Why should I report an Issue with Jigsaw1000: Jigsaw puzzles?

1. Obviously these developers don't understand how jigsaw puzzles are supposed to work.It's a nice app , I gave the rate I did because the puzzles move around a lot when working on it and sometimes the pieces lag when u try to move them to the board & too many ads pops up at the same time.Was really loving this app but now you have added more puzzles and before I could do these offline .

2. Just very annoying.I would happily give this 5 stars of some of the puzzles weren't missing pieces! Puzzle says 100% but it doesn't go to finished puzzles and it's missing a piece.

3. I LOVE this game!!! It has locking pieces; you can work on small sections or large sections (you choose your playing field!!); it mostly gives you the pieces you need for the section you're working on.

4. You are laying the pieces right on top of the picture! This isn't a jigsaw puzzle game.

5. If you want more of a challenge, don't complain that this game sucks... Just find a different game!!! This is a simple, relaxing puzzle game for those of us who prefer a little less stress.

6. Not had it long but for the short time I have had it I have had fun and no issues so when asked to rate the app I thought it was only fair to rate it and give it the 5stars it deserves! Should I come across any issues while using it in future then I will come back and alter the review accordingly.

7. It's perfect for a few minutes of down time.I would like to be able to separate the edge pieces and do those when I choose.

1. Fix Jigsaw1000 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jigsaw1000: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jigsaw1000 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jigsaw1000" » Open Jigsaw1000: Jigsaw puzzles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jigsaw1000 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jigsaw1000: Jigsaw puzzles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jigsaw1000 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jigsaw1000: Jigsaw puzzles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jigsaw1000 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jigsaw1000 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jigsaw1000. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jigsaw1000 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jigsaw1000 not working

2. Fix Jigsaw1000 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jigsaw1000 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jigsaw1000 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jigsaw1000 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
