Why should I report an Issue with InColor: Coloring & Drawing?

1. I could be wrong about the ads, hard to tell because of the different set upI really like this app because I can draw my own mandalas and upload my own pictures to color but ever since the new update I haven't been able to click on any of the daily gift pictures.

2. I do wish that all the photos and tools were free since some may be living pay check to pay check and may not get to experience the full apps potential.. Also helps with anxiety! Recommend!Great app! So many options to choose from, even without subscription.

3. If I find this problem fixed, I will 100% make it 5-star.I love the app, sometimes it has flaws so I like to hit the check mark to save my progress here and there on a photo I'm working on since it tends to freeze and close out from time to time.

4. I am used to the "color by numbers" apps and didn't think I could enjoy coloring freely and making more artistic choices without it looking horrible.

5. Disabling ads is locked behind a $3 weekly subscription (so are pages, brushes, eyedropper tool, etc.). A subscription is too much for this app.Great app, awful bugs.

6. When it works, it works like a dream, but it has bugs to entirely destroy pictures, or fail to upload them.

8. There's way better coloring apps than this one.Absolutely stunning colors and filters! I am so relaxed just coloring for hours not be bothered by stress.

1. Fix InColor Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InColor: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InColor App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InColor" » Open InColor: Coloring & Drawing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InColor » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InColor: Coloring & Drawing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InColor servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InColor: Coloring & Drawing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InColor app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InColor might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InColor. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InColor then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InColor not working

2. Fix InColor Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InColor be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InColor not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InColor may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
