1. This app is definitely not user-friendly, and it has less detailed account information as compared to the previous app If I could give zero starts I would.Easy to use but refreshes every time I leave the screen which wastes time if I'm moving between screens to access other info.
2. I can just use my fingerprint now whereas with the last app, I had to search for the login, sign in with account number and email plus a captcha every single time.
3. Go through app to get promp 3 times for same info before you get sent off to website that does same.I have to use the old version of the app with an old account # just to be sent to the new version of the app to use the new account information.
4. There are three different links to "Pay my Bill" which prompts me to create an account, with a small link to log in.
5. I don't even get as far as putting in a password, just putting username results in a generic "something went wrong" error.Please integrate paying via a credit or debit card.
6. Everytime I try to pay my bill using a credit or debit card it keeps coming up with error messages.
7. When you pass payment control over to a 3rd party ,autofilling the account number is essential not optional.
8. Also gulf power claims this is a more easy to navigate app, as well as more simplified, when the complete opposite is true.
9. If you try to go to a different screen for your info on your phone it will kick you out of the Gulf Power app.
10. Put my money into your hands and it can't do that reliably.Basically being forced to pay and extra $2.25 just to pay my bill, along with this gruesome set up of a mediocre app.
11. Cause if you clicked the wrong thing at the last of finalizing the bill.
