I am having the same issue with trying to log on and being told finger prints don't work and causes me to have to reset my password everytime is extra work and BS with no fix in months....Biometrics never work, I have to change my password each time I try to pay my bill because of some sort of "system update".

I'm going to start doing everything by mail because this app is horrible!I only need this app once a month to check my electricity bill and they update their security policies every 30 days so every 30 days I have to change my password and every time I change my password it always errors me logging in on the app, I have this issue every 30 days and do not recommend using this app because it kicks you out every single time and makes you change your password.
3. Why bother having the option to login to my account if you ask for the damn password each time.
4. Unfortunately they have a monopoly so I have no choice but to stick with this company as long as I live at my current address.Needs a better view into your account, energy usage for example, come on on bar for the whole year no descriptions on the graph this is beginner level development.

6. I just paid a bill online and didn't get a notice it went through, but when I went to pee again at gave me a notice that it had already been paid rather than accepting a second payment unnecessarily.
