1. I have uninstalled it thinking that might help and then I reinstalled it and it still comes up with the same page and I can't get out of it anyway I've clicked and swiped and nothing happens so I would appreciate if you'd fix this I've been using this app for years and I prefer the click 2 over the 11 and 13 apps appsI just got the app today.

2. I was hoping this new app update was going to fix it but it never did.This app was flawless for years, then the latest update made it where half the stories I click, I cannot read because it never loads the text.

3. I click on a story notification to read more and it goes to a different story every single time! Then I search for the original story headline from the notification and can't find it.

4. Tried again but it's worse, blank page or sorry unavailable.Amateur made app, considering it's one of the biggest news companies in one of the biggest cities.

6. Seems like the developers were more concerned with ads than content.Uninstalling. I've used this app as a primary news source for a few years.

1. Fix Click2Houston Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Click2Houston: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Click2Houston App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Click2Houston" » Open Click2Houston - KPRC 2 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Click2Houston » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Click2Houston - KPRC 2 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Click2Houston servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Click2Houston - KPRC 2" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Click2Houston app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Click2Houston might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Click2Houston. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Click2Houston then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Click2Houston not working

2. Fix Click2Houston Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Click2Houston be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Click2Houston not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Click2Houston may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
