Tried to find the help or support link to no avail.Best of the SDA CHURCHThe app looks amazing but does not pickup any churches in South Africa.This app is outstanding!!!💪💪💪 No matter where I am, or would be, it let me find a SDA Church so I can congregate!!! 😇After registering, the app is not alowing me to login.

2. The app logs me off periodically and doesn't allow me to remember my credentials; the tithing/offering section of the app is on an external webpage instead of being integrated with the app; it doesn't allow me to save payment methods, so I have to input all my card's information each time; and I've had trouble receiving the receipts on time, if at all.

3. It's worked its purpose during the pandemic lockdown, but it's not an app I would recommend.It keeps giving me code bit makes me start from the beginning each timeTithe & Offerings gets stuck I cant complete my transaction.

4. Whats the use if i cant login? WhyThe app is with a problem when I touch in sign in!!!!TS good and easy to use once you have known itCant' usa the tithe&offering function even though my bank says there is nothing wrong with my account.

5. The design of the app in general could be greatly improved so it feels more coherent internally and not like a collection of portals and links to webpages.

1. Fix 7me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 7me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 7me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "7me" » Open 7me » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 7me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 7me app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 7me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "7me" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 7me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 7me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 7me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 7me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 7me not working

2. Fix 7me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 7me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 7me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 7me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
