Why should I report an Issue with Jetstream Blizzard?

1. The only problem I have had is it seems to lose signal at times and it was having problems with wanting to go only left it has stop doing that for those that have the problem of it not working the way I have done it is connect to the drone through the wifi then open the app hit calibrate then start up at the top left there is a botton turn it on I wish you could use the controller that came with it as the controls and your phone as the screen instead of one or the otherNot working on LG XCharge phone.

2. Frustrating!The app doesn't open passed by the splash screen.Does not work on android camera shows for 1 second and dissapearsDoes not work at all nothing does not matter what I do.

3. Pressing settings or start displays interface for fraction of seconds and then return back to same home screen again.

4. When launched it shows an interface with 3 buttons...calibrate, settings and start.

5. I have 3GB space free on phone..so thats not an issue and i closed all other apps before launching it.The app.

6. stays stuck on the menu screen and won't let me go any further.

1. Fix Jetstream Blizzard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jetstream Blizzard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jetstream Blizzard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jetstream Blizzard" » Open Jetstream Blizzard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jetstream Blizzard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jetstream Blizzard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jetstream Blizzard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jetstream Blizzard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jetstream Blizzard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jetstream Blizzard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jetstream Blizzard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jetstream Blizzard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jetstream Blizzard not working

2. Fix Jetstream Blizzard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jetstream Blizzard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jetstream Blizzard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jetstream Blizzard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
